Founder & Owner 

 In 2018, Craig founded Select Sweeping with a vision of building a company that delivers exceptional service while creating lasting value for customers and the communities it serves. What began with a single sweeper and a commitment to hard work has grown into one of the Central Valley's trusted sweeping providers.   

 Prior to founding Select Sweeping, Craig spent more than 15 years in the construction industry managing complex projects and leading teams throughout California. He earned his MBA from California State University, Fresno, graduating with distinction. 

Today, Craig continues to lead Select Sweeping with a focus on safety, customer service, accountability, and continuous improvement while supporting municipalities, homeowners associations, contractors, and commercial properties throughout the Central Valley. 

Administration Manager

 Jessica joined Select Sweeping in 2023 and oversees the administrative operations that keep the company running efficiently every day. Her responsibilities include payroll, certified payroll compliance, prevailing wage work, customer relations, human resources, social media management, and business operations support.

Before joining Select Sweeping, Jessica spent more than 15 years in collegiate athletics as a Division I head coach, professor, and administrator.  She also served on staff for  Team USA Women's National Lacrosse Team, helping manage international competitions and contributing to a World Championship winning program. Her background in leadership, project management, and relationship building brings a unique perspective to the company's continued growth and commitment to customer service.

Today, Jessica works closely with customers, municipalities, contractors, vendors, and team members to ensure projects run smoothly while maintaining the high standards of service Select Sweeping is known for throughout the Central Valley.

 Account Services Representative 

Laura joined Select Sweeping in 2024 and plays an important role in supporting both customers and internal operations. She is responsible for customer invoicing, account management, collections, payment follow-up, account aging reports, and responding to customer inquiries. 

Laura's proactive communication and attention to detail help ensure customers receive accurate billing and outstanding balances are addressed promptly and professionally.

Prior to joining Select Sweeping, Laura spent more than 16 years in the banking industry, developing extensive experience in customer service, account management, dispute resolution, and client support. Her strong organizational skills, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction make her a valuable resource for both customers and the Select Sweeping team.
